AIBE Syllabus 2025

The AIBE exam syllabus has questions from 19 different subjects. To clear this exam, the candidates should know the syllabus before appearing. The syllabus includes subjects from the LLB curriculum as prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

What is new in the AIBE Syllabus 2025?

The AIBE 20 syllabus introduces three major new laws replacing older criminal laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), replacing IPC, CrPC, and the Indian Evidence Act respectively. AIBE is no longer an open-book exam; candidates are now allowed to carry only bare acts, without any notes or commentaries. The exam is conducted offline and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be attempted within 3 hours and 30 minutes. There is no negative marking.

 

AIBE 20 (XX) Exam Pattern 2025

The knowledge of AIBE exam patterns is the most crucial thing that a candidate must understand completely and in depth. The exam pattern will let the students attempt the questions correctly without losing many marks. The AIBE 20 exam will be conducted in online and offline modes. The AIBE Exam Pattern 2025 will consist of 100 MCQs, or Multiple-Choice Questions in total. Check the given table for a more detailed exam pattern:
