• Scanned Photograph in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)
• Signature (Maximum upload size is 30 KB only)

BVP CET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Students who are appearing for the BVP CET Exam must satisfy all the Eligibility Criteria declared by the BVP, or else they cannot appear in the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria have been mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

Some of the general eligibility criteria for some of the courses offered by the BVP CET Exam are as follows:

• Aspirants must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other equivalent examination of any recognised Board/University from any school/college situated in India.
• Interested aspirants should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology/Technical as one of the optional subjects.
• Open category candidates must secure 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination
• Reserved category aspirants need to secure 40% aggregate marks
• Aspirants who have appeared or are likely to appear for any qualifying examination like HSC and whose results have not yet been declared will also be eligible to appear for the exam. However, these students are required to produce their HSC mark-sheet during counselling.

Eligibility Criteria For B.Tech Courses

The general eligibility criteria for PG courses are as follows. The Candidates must clear the BVP CET exam for getting admitted into their preferred PG courses.

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent exam from a recognized board.
• Marks: He/she should have scored at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST category candidates) in their qualifying exams to be eligible.
• Subjects: Candidates must have Physics & Mathematics as mandatory subjects to be eligible for examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in their qualifying examination in 2022 can also apply for admission.

Eligibility Criteria For BCA Course

• Students should have the minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% and 45% for SC/ST. 
• The Student will be admitted to the Engineering degree programmes of the College of Engineering, Pune on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the All India Common Entrance Test CET

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline from any recognized institution.
• He/she must have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree to be eligible for admission.

Eligibility Criteria For M.Tech Courses

• Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech./ B.E. from a recognized institution.
• Marks: Applying candidates must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST category candidates) in their qualifying exam.

Eligibility Criteria For MBA Courses

• Qualification: Candidates must be Bachelor’s degree holders in any discipline from any recognized institution.
• Marks Criteria: He/she must have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree to be eligible for admission.

BVP CET 2022 Important instructions

Do’s

• Candidates must ensure that they have a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
• Make sure your photograph and signature are clear and within the prescribed format.
• The documents which are scanned and uploaded should be genuine and match the original documents.
• To avoid future discrepancies, the details must be filled in carefully and cross-checked before submitting the application.
• Download and email a soft copy of the registration form to yourself as a backup in case something goes wrong.

Don'ts

• Do not add any wrong/false information to the application form.
• Do not upload incorrect documents for the application process, in case the candidate is unable to verify their documents their candidate will be cancelled.
