The Delhi High Court has announced the Delhi Judiciary Syllabus and Exam Pattern for Preliminary and Mains Examinations on its official website. Candidates should refer to the syllabus and paper pattern before appearing for the Delhi Judicial Services to get an idea of the subjects and topics from which questions will be asked in the exam, the marking scheme, and subject-wise weightage. - The Delhi selection will be held in three successive stages: Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), Mains Examination (Written), and Viva Voce.
- As per the Delhi Judiciary exam pattern, the preliminary examination will be of multiple-choice-based objective-type questions and the Mains Exam will be descriptive type.
- The mains examination has 4 papers, viz., General Knowledge and Language, Law-I, Law-II, Law-III.

Candidates qualifying for the mains examination will be called for Viva Voce, which will carry 250 marks. Depending on the combined score obtained in mains and viva voce, candidates will be shortlisted for the judicial posts.

Delhi Judiciary Exam Pattern for Prelims
- The Delhi Judicial Services Preliminary Exam is a computer-based examination.
- The exam is a qualifying type of screening test with a total of 200 questions.
- The paper will be an objective type of paper for a total of 200 marks.
- For every wrong answer, 25% marks will be deducted.

Is there any negative marking in the Delhi Judicial Services preliminary examination?
Yes, the Delhi Judiciary Exam Pattern states that for each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as a penalty.
What are the minimum qualifying marks for Delhi Judiciary Viva Voce?
