The Joint Entrance Examination, Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2025 applications have started from April 23, 2025, 10:00 AM onwards. The JEE Advanced 2025 form will be filled till May 02, 2025. With extra charges you submit the application form till May 05, 2025. Students who got their rank in top 2.5 lakh JEE Main toppers and born on or after October 01, 2000 are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. You can give a maximum two attempts for this exam that too with proper eligibility. Here is the complete timeline for JEE Advanced 2025 that you can keep a track of to remain updated. The timeline highlights dates from the start of application of JEE Advanced till the declaration of AAT 2025.

The JEE Advanced Application form requires the candidates to fill in personal and academic details. Coming to the JEE Advanced application form, we have divided the steps into four major steps. Let’s have a look at the steps to fill the JEE Advanced Form 2025-

JEE Advanced Registration

The first step of the application process is registration. The eligible candidates can access the link from the official website. The login credentials i.e. the Application number and password will be the same as used for the JEE Main 2025 exam. Once the candidate logs in to the portal, the important details will be reflected on the screen. These include personal and academic details. 

The candidates can check all the details and add some specifications such as the language to go for, the preferred centers (up to the number of 5), the number of attempts, etc.

Uploading Required Documents

Once the candidates are done with their registration process, the next step requires them to upload the documents asked. Here is a list of documents that the students are required to upload on the official portal-

For All Candidates 

• Class X Certificate if the date of birth is mentioned in it or Birth Certificate. 
• Class XII (or equivalent examination) certificate [for those who appeared first time for this examination in 2025. 
• If the mark sheet/pass certificate of Class-XII (or equivalent examination) for 2025 is available then it must be uploaded.

All these documents must be scanned in a specific format and size. The prescribed size for the JEE Advanced Application Form is 50kb to 300 kb. Also, the image format must be JPEG. Use our Testbook Resize Tool and upload documents as per format.

JEE Advanced Payment 2025

Once the document scanning and uploading are done, the next step is the payment. The mode of payment is kept both online as well as offline. The online mode covers net banking, credit card, and debit card. On the other hand, the candidates who wish to pay the needful via the offline mode can do it via e-challan.

Follow the given steps for paying the application fee via the online mode-

• Click on ‘Pay Registration Fee’ after logging into your account.
• The MOPS i.e. the Multiple Option Payment System page would appear on the screen.
• Enter the required details for the payment procedure and pay for the JEE Advanced Application Fee. 
• A unique registration number shall be generated with this. Take the receipt of the receipt.

The fee payment modes for the SAARC and Non-SAARC countries are mentioned below. Both the online and offline payment methods are listed here below

Online Payment of JEE Advanced Registration Fee- 

• Candidates will be redirected to the State Bank Multi Option Payment System (MOPS) page after submitting all their details for online payment of the JEE Advanced registration fee. Students have to choose one of the options: Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
• After paying the fee successfully, a unique registration number (URN) will be generated. 
• Candidates have to take a printout of this URN along with their registration details for future reference.

Offline Payment of JEE Advanced Registration Fees-

• To pay JEE Advanced registration fees via offline mode, aspirants have to select “SBI Branch” to generate the challan at the payment stage. 
• Aspirants can pay the registration fees in cash by using the printout of the challan at any SBI branch.
• After making the payment, aspirants will have to enter payment details to generate a unique registration number.
• Candidates have to take a printout of this URN along with their registration details for future reference.

Payment by SAARC and Non-SAARC Exam Centre Candidates- 

• These aspirants can pay the fees on the MOPS page by using the International Debit/ Credit Card as issued by foreign banks outside India. 
• Payments made in USD are not allowed through Debit/Credit Cards issued in India.
• After successful payment of the fees, aspirants will be able to print the “Registration Details” with a Unique Registration Number for future reference.

Once the payment is processed and you get the confirmation of the same, the candidates only have to check the details given and submit the application form. Please note that the application form submitted will have no scope for corrections. Take the printout of this application form for future reference.
