Uttarakhand Judiciary Prelims Exam Pattern 2025
In Uttarakhand Judiciary, Preliminary Examination is the first stage of the selection process for aspiring Civil Judges in the state judiciary. It is an objective-type exam conducted on an OMR-based system comprising two papers: General Knowledge and Law Paper.
- Paper I: General Knowledge carries 100 marks.
- Paper II: Law carries 150 marks.
The duration of the Paper is 3 hours. The Prelims is a screening test and candidates must qualify to proceed to the Mains Examination. In the Prelims exam, there is a negative marking in Uttarakhand Judiciary for incorrect answers.
