The logic is:

1^st figure: 0 + 6 + 4 + 2 = 12 and 12 – 2 = 10 → number at the centre of the figure.

2^nd figure: 6 + 2 + 10 + 8 = 26 and 26 – 2 = 24 → number at the centre of the figure.

Similarly,

3^rd figure: 4 + 14 + 12 + 10 = 40 and 40 – 2 = 38 → number at the centre of the figure.

Hence, ‘38’ is the correct answer.
