The least possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as shown below :

Conclusions:

(I) Some rings are not keyboards. → Follow (As no keyboard is key and all keys are rings.. As no keyboard can be keys which whole comes in rings, therefore it is true.)

(II) All mouse can be keys. → Does not follow (As some mouse are keyboard and no keyboard is key. As some part of mouse is common with keyboard which cannot be key, therefore it is false.)

∴ Here, Only conclusion (I) follows.​
