Given:

Total number of students = 7500

Pie chart shows the distribution of students in 5 different schools.

Bar diagram shows the number of girls in each school.

Formula Used:

Number of students in a school = (Percentage of students in that school / 100) × Total number of students

Number of boys in a school = Number of students in that school - Number of girls in that school

Percentage = (Value / Total Value) × 100

Calculation:

Total number of girls in schools D and E = 600 + 1000 = 1600

Number of students in School A = (18 / 100) × 7500 = 0.18 × 7500 = 1350

Number of boys in School A = 1350 - 400 = 950

Number of students in School B = (25 / 100) × 7500 = 0.25 × 7500 = 1875

Number of boys in School B = 1875 - 150 = 1725

Total number of boys in schools A and B = 950 + 1725 = 2675

Required Percentage = (1600 / 2675) × 100

Percentage ≈ 59.81 ≈ 60%

The number of girls in schools D and E is approximately 60% of the number of boys in schools A and B.
