Given:

Tarun plot = 110% × Basab plot

Nakul plot = 140% × Tarun plot

Area of Nakul plot = 2695 feet²

Calculation:

Tarun plot : Basab plot = 110 : 100 = 11 : 10

Nakul plot : Tarun plot = 140 : 100 = 7 : 5

Tarun plot must be same so

Tarun plot : Basab plot = (11 : 10) × 5 = 55 : 50

Nakul plot : Tarun plot = (7 : 5) × 11 = 77 : 55

Tarun plot : Basab plot : Nakul plot = 55 : 50 : 77

Now, 77 units = 2695 feet²

⇒ Basab plot = 50 units = (2695 × 50)/77

⇒ Basab plot = 35 × 50 = 1750 feet²

∴ The correct answer is 1750 feet2.
