Transformational leadership is also equated to an extent with charismatic leadership. In order to bring transformation in the follower's or employees‟ interest and reshape their capacity, one critical component that has been considered essential is the charisma of the leader.

• Visioning setting direction and restructuring.

• People can achieve their own potential and will work hard to do so.
• People are honest and trustworthy; they want and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
• People understand the purpose of their work and the goals of the organization.  

Thus, it is concluded that transformational leadership does not include strict follow-up to compliance with instructions.
