Total cost price = Cost of x oranges at 4 for ₹10 + Cost of x oranges at 5 for ₹10
Total selling price = Selling price of 2x oranges at 9 for ₹20
Loss percentage = (Loss)/Cost Price × 100
Calculation:
Cost price for x oranges at 4 for ₹10 = ₹2.5x
Cost price for x oranges at 5 for ₹10 = ₹2x
Total cost price = 2.5x + 2x = ₹4.5x
Selling price for 2x oranges at 9 for ₹20 = 20 × (2x/9) = ₹40x/9
Loss = Selling price - Cost price
