General Solution:

The number of boys in each school can be calculated as:

Number of Boys = Total Students - Number of Girls

School P:

480 - 120 = 360

School Q:

456 - 216 = 240

School R:

550 - 150 = 400

School S:

670 - 390 = 280

School T:

644 - 324 = 320

So,

School Total Students Number of Girls Number of Boys
P 480 120 360
Q 456 216 240
R 550 150 400
S 670 390 280
T 644 324 320

 

Calculations:

Total number of boys in Q and R = 240 + 400 = 640

From the table:

School T:

Number of girls = 324

Difference = Total boys in Q and R - Number of girls in T = 640 - 324 = 316

The percentage difference is calculated as:

Percentage Difference = Difference / Number of Girls in T× 100

Percentage Difference = 316 / 324× 100 ≈ 97.53%

Thus, the total number of boys in schools Q and R together is approximately 97.53% more than the number of girls in school T.
