Candidates must score at least 25 marks if they belong to the General or EWS category and 22.5 marks if they are from SC, ST, or OBC categories to qualify this stage. The GD round is designed to assess a candidate’s communication abilities, clarity of thought, interpersonal skills, and their capacity to work and contribute effectively in a team-based environment. Merely attending the GD round does not guarantee progression to the next phase.
Interview
The Personal Interview round will also carry 50 marks and is a crucial part of the final selection process. This stage evaluates a candidate’s domain knowledge, practical understanding of the role, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and overall personality traits. It also examines verbal communication, confidence, and professional attitude. To qualify the interview round, candidates must score a minimum of 25 marks if they are from the General or EWS category, and 22.5 marks for those in the SC, ST, or OBC categories. Candidates will be invited to the interview stage in a ratio of 1:3 in proportion to the number of available vacancies.
