The National Testing Agency has merged the June 2023 and December 2022 cycles and the exam will be held from 6th to 8th June 2023. Joint CSIR UGC NET examines the bonafide Indian candidates' eligibility for the Junior Research Fellow and Lectureship position. Candidates who achieved the CSIR NET Lectureship cut off can apply for the position of Lectureship or Assistant Professor in various colleges and universities. The Joint CSIR UGC NET examination is held biannually in June and December. Here we will discuss the CSIR NET LS(Lectureship) Cut off.

How To Check CSIR NET Lectureship Cut Off 2022?
To check the CSIR NET Cut off for Lectureship, candidates should follow these simple steps-
Step 1: Visit the official website of CSIR HRDG.
Step 2: Select “CSIR-UGC NET EXAM”; a dropdown menu appears. Choose the very first option, “Result June 2022”.
Step 3: From the open page, you can view and download the CSIR NET Result and Cut off for JRF held in June 2022 by selecting the suitable option.
Step 4: Candidates can check the previous years’ CSIR NET Lectureship Cut off by selecting the “Result Archive” option from the drop-down menu mentioned in Step 2.
What Is CSIR NET Lectureship Cut Off For June 2022?
Candidates aspiring for the Lectureship or Assistant Professor positions must achieve the CSIR NET Lectureship cut off or more than that. Only after achieving the cut off, a candidate’s name will be mentioned in the merit list.
- A cumulative CSIR NET LS cut off is calculated for Parts A, B and C for the merit list.
- A minimum qualifying mark of 33 % for General, EWS & OBC categories and 25 % for SC/ST and PwD categories is there for both fellowship and CSIR NET lectureship candidates.
- In the Life Science subject, the raw marks obtained have been normalised into NTA score or percentile, and the results have been declared based on the percentile cutoff as indicated.

- Number of vacancies available for Lectureship (LS) or Assistant Professor in the respective subjects and categories under CSIR and UGC.
- Number of candidates who applied and appeared in the examination for the CSIR NET LS position.
