IBPS AFO Eligibility 2025
The eligibility for IBPS AFO (Agricultural Field Officer) include a minimum age of 20 years and a maximum age of 30 years. Candidates must possess a 4-year graduation degree in fields such as agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, veterinary science, etc. Indian citizenship is mandatory, and there is no requirement for prior experience. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of attempts, with certain upper age limit relaxations available for reserved categories as per government norms.

Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture.
IBPS AFO Nationality
Candidates must be Indian Nationals only or either
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently
settling in India or - A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
