Marked price (M.P) = Rs.10000

Discount (D) = Rs.500

Additional discount (D1)% = 7%

Formula used:

If discount = D%

Selling price (S.P) = M.P × (100 - D)%

Calculation:

Selling price = (10000 - 500) = Rs.9500

Additional discount = 7%

Final S.P = 9500 × 93% = Rs.8835

∴ The correct answer is Rs.8835.
