The least possible Venn diagram is shown below according to the given information.

Statements :

All books are pencils.

Some pencils are pens.

All pens are erasers.

I. Some erasers are pencils → Follow → As all books are pencils and all pens are erasers. So some erasers are pencils is definitely followed.

II. All pens are books → Does not follow → As all books are pencils, some pencils are pens and all pens are erasers. So all pens are books is not definitely followed.

III. Some erasers are pens → Follow → As some pencils are pens and all pens are erasers. So some erasers are pens is definitely followed.

So, Only conclusions I and III follow.
