Work done by M in one day = 1/22
Work done by N in one day = 1/24
Work done by O in one day = 1/16
Total work done in one cycle of three days = (1/22) + (1/24) + (1/16)
Total number of days to finish the work = 3/((1/22)+(1/24)+(1/16))
⇒ Total days = 3/(0.045 + 0.0417 + 0.0625)
⇒ Total days = 3/0.1492
⇒ Total days = 20.1 days
Therefore, the work will be completed in approximately 20 days.
