The correct answer is option 4, i.e Lal Bahadur Shastri.

  • The slogan was given by Lal Bahadur Shastri in Indo-Pak war of 1965.

  • But during the Indo-Pak war of 1965, the USA threatened India to stop the war or it will lead to the suspension of food supplies under PL 480.
  • After all this, Lal Bahadur Shastri in October 1965 gave the slogan of ''Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" while addressing the country on AIR.

  • After that Green and White revolution multiplied the farm and dairy produce of India.
